Crossed Roller Bearing

Crossed roller bearing is made up of inner ring, outer ring, multiple cylindrical rollers and spacer retainers.

Cylindrical rollers are arranged with each roller perpendicular to the adjacent roller, in a 90° V-shaped groove, which are separated from each other by a spacer retainer, therefore the structure is able to receive the radial, axial and moment loads.

The rollers make line-contact with raceway surfaces, so it have the more load-bearing area when encountering loads. It is the most appropriate to be used on the rotating parts of industrial robots, rotary table and medical equipment...etc.
